Goldlink Insurance Plc began its journey on April 15, 1992, as a private limited liability company, securing its license to operate as a full-fledged insurance provider on September 8, 1993. Initially, it was established with an authorized and fully paid-up share capital of N10 million. To prepare for its listing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Goldlink transitioned into a Public Liability Company on May 11, 2007. It was subsequently listed on the NSE by introduction on February 12, 2008, with a share capital of N4.5 billion.
